How you’ll make an impact

Supersocial is looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the founder and CEO. In this role, your responsibility is simple: creatively solve any problem that gets thrown your way with relentless execution. As part of that, you’ll get a front row seat in a company building journey. And, more importantly, gain the skills, network and experience to accelerate your career.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and we’ll carve out a role that fits your strengths and passions. You’ll get to wear lots of hats: research & analysis, business operations, marketing & partnerships, people experience and hiring, product development, involvement in company strategy and fundraising ‐ whatever is the top priority for the CEO at any given moment. You’ll be a be a force multiplier for Supersocial's C-level team.

Your “tour of duty” will be for 24 months. Once your mission is done, we’ll talk through what you want to do next in your career. It can be moving to a new role within a company, or even starting your own. We’ll be supportive and help you land on your feet.

The ideal candidate is competent in prioritizing and executing with lean supervision, is self-driven, innately curious and trustworthy.

What You’ll Do

• Special Projects: An extra set of hands to help with strategic priorities on anything from Product to Growth
• Business Operations: An organizer to help manage a picture of the priories, projects, decisions, and actions that should be in the brain space of the CEO
• Company Strategy: A strategic advisor who provides input while serving as a highly trusted person with whom C-level team can discuss and pressure‐test ideas
• Executive Administration: Document meetings content and takeaways and organize follow up materials needed, as well as keeping track on execution. This includes but not limited to management meetings, partner meetings and board meetings
• Manage the CEO's agenda with efficient scheduling of meetings, both external and internal, as well as coordinating company-wide activities and rituals

You’ll Be a Great Fit if you Have

• Experience in a role requiring impeccable business judgment, analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach
